항공 서비스 관련 규정과 정보

기내수하물에 대하여 승객분들은 공항에서 부치는 탁송 수하물과는 별도로 최대 길이 56cm(22인치), 폭 45cm(18인치), 두께 25cm(10인치)의 손가방을 휴대할 수 있습니다. 이 치수는 바퀴, 손잡이, 옆주머니를 포함하는 것 입니다. 휴대수하물의 총 무게는 7kg(15lb)를 초과할 수 없습니다. 승객은 수하물을 머리위 짐칸 또는 각자의 좌석에 두어야합니다.

승객은 아래의 물품을 무료로 소지할 수 있습니다:

• 최대 길이 37.5cm(15인치), 폭25cm(10인치), 두께12.5cm(5인치) 이하의 손가방/지갑/작은 가방 또는 총 75cm(30인치), 총무게가 1.5kg(3.3lb)를 넘지 않는 손가방/지갑/작은 가방. 노트북 또는 휴대용 개인 컴퓨터 또한 이 조건을 따릅니다.
• 고령 승객, 질병이 있는 승객, 장애인 승객이 이용하는 지팡이(목발)

• 유아(24개월까지)의 음식

여행용 가젯

THAI가 항공기에 설치하거나 공급하는 장비 이외에 승객은 개인용 공기 청정기 / 이온화 기기, 좌석 경사 방지 장치, 무릎 보호 장치, 기내 침대 (ex. Bed Box, Jet Kids, Fly Baby, 다리 받침대, 그물 침대, 유아용 캐노피) 또는 이와 유사한 장비 / 장치 / 여행 기기는 다음과 같은 이유로 탑승을 금지합니다.

• 응급 상황시 해당 승객 및 다른 승객에게 안전하지 않은 상태가 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 항공기 시스템 및 항공기 장비를 손상 시키거나 방해하거나 오작동을 일으킬 수 있습니다.

• 인접한 승객에게 방해가 될 수 있습니다.

제한 물품 : 액체, 연무제, 젤

 

수하물에 들어간 모든 액체, 연무제, 젤은100ml를 넘지 않는 용기에 넣어 반입해야 합니다.

 
 -  100ml를 넘는 용기에 담긴 액체는 용기의 일부만 채워져 있더라도 허용되지 않습니다. 
 -  용기는 최대1리터까지 수용 가능하며 밀봉된 투명 비닐백에 담아야합니다. 
 -  투명 비닐백은 보안 검색대에서 보안검사를 거쳐야합니다.
 -  승객당 비닐백은 하나로 제한됩니다.
 -  약, 유아 우유/음식 및 승객의 특별한 식단 요구가 있을 경우 적정량은 별도로 기내에 휴대

가능합니다. 
 -  비닐백은 보안 검색대에서 다른 수하물과 구분하여 별도로 제시하셔야 합니다 .
 -  공항면세점 또는 기내에서 구매한 상품은 밀봉된 비닐백에 포장되어야하며, 개봉되지 않아야합니다. 해당 면세품의 구입을 증빙할 수 있는 영수증을 소지하셔야합니다.

수하물 허용량 결정 및 초과 수하물 요금 계산은 중간 지점의 스탑오버 없이 출발지에서 도착지까지 점검할 수하물에 적용됩니다. 승객이 중간 지점에서 스탑오버를 한다면, 해당되는 경우, 스탑 오버 이후 출발지부터 수하물 허용량 및 수하물 요금에 대한 새로운 평가가 적용됩니다.

수하물 허용 기준 초과의 추가 중량 또는 추가 갯수 수하물로 여행하는 경우 초과 수하물 요금이 적용됩니다. 타이항공은 타이항공으로 여행 할 때 수하물 검사 부분에 따라 부과되는 금액을 제공합니다. 여행 및/또는 수하물 검사 부문이 둘 이상의 항공사로 구성되는 경우 다른 항공사의 수하물 규정이 적용될 수 있습니다.

- 인터라인 수하물 선정:

일반적으로 IATA결의안 302는 IATA항공 회원(THAI 포함)에게 적용됩니다. 이 결의안은 귀하의 여정 및/또는 수하물 확인 부분이 둘 이상의 항공사로 구성되어 있는 경우 어느 항공사의 수하물 규정이 적용되는지 규정합니다 (인터라인 수하물 규정). IATA 결의안 302는 IATA Traffic Conference Areas에 따라 고려됩니다.

운임, 수수료 및 기타 요금 조정을 용이하게 하기 위해 IATA는 세계를 3개의 주요 ‘지역’으로 구분합니다. 이 지역을 지역1, 지역2, 지역3 이라고 합니다. 이들은 관세 규정의 해석과 항공운임 계산에 정기적으로 사용됩니다. 항공사는 이 지역들을 TC(Tariff Conference), TC1 (지역1에 대해), TC2 (지역2), TC3 (지역3)라고도 합니다.

각 지역에는 IATA 상에서, 일반적인 지리 용어에 적용된 것과 다른 의미를 가질 수 있는 더 작은 ‘하위 영역’ 또는 ‘지역’이 있습니다. 

지역1은 서반구 전체로 구성됩니다. 

지역2는 유럽, 중동, 아프리카입니다.

지역 3은 아시아 전체와 인근 섬으로 구성됩니다 (TC2에 포함된 지역 제외); 호주, 뉴질랜드 및 주변 섬들과 태평양 제도들 (TC1에 포함된 지역 제외).

 - 수하물 검사 부분에 따른 항공사의 수하물 규칙 결정

1. 둘 또는 그 이상의 TC 지역 간 이동의 경우, 첫번째 구간에서 한 지역에서 다른 지역으로 지나가는 항공사가 수하물 규정을 결정합니다.

2. TC 하위 지역 간 여행의 경우, 첫번째 구간에서 한 하위 지역에서 다른 지역으로 지나가는 항공사가 수하물 규정을 결정합니다.

3. TC 하위 지역 내 여행의 경우, 첫번째 국제선 구간 운항 항공사가 수하물 규정을 결정합니다.

4. 단일 국가 내 여행의 경우, 첫번째 운항 항공사가 수하물 규정을 결정합니다.

주의:

코드쉐어 항공편이 포함된 여정의 경우, 항공사가 운항 항공사의 규정을 따른다고 명시하지 않는 한 MSC (Most Significant Carrier)가 되는 마케팅 항공사의 수하물 규정을 적용합니다. (2014년10월1일부터 적용)

손상된 수하물

승객분의 수하물이 비행 중에 파손이 된 경우, 목적지 공항에 도착하시는 즉시 해당 공항에 있는 타이항공 수하물 서비스에 가지고 가셔야 합니다.

모든 손상은 수하물 서비스 사무소 직원이 검토하고 평가해야 합니다.

손상된 수하물을 신고 받은 공항 직원은 해당 파손건에 대하여 PIR(Property Irregularity Report)를 작성하며. 해당 PIR은 승객분의 파손 수하물에 대한 서류로 반드시 직원으로 부터 해당 서류의 사본을 받아서 보관하시기 바랍니다.

감가 상각 공제를 통하여 수하물 수선 혹은 보상을 해야 하는 경우

수리 또는 교환을 도와 드릴 수 있습니다. 타이항공의 수하물 지원 센터에 서면 청구로 도착일로 부터 7일 이내에 등록해 주셔야 합니다.

최대 책임 한도

타이항공의 책임은 다른 항공사들과 함께 몬트리올 협약에 따라서 제한 됩니다. 타이항공의 책임은 위탁 및 비위탁 수하물에 대하여 고객당 1288 SDR

(특별 인출권=환율이 다를 수 있음) 로 제한 되어 있으므로 보험 회사의 보상을 이용하는것이 유리할 수도 있습니다.
