ROYAL FIRST CLASS SEATING
Royal First Class is offered on THAI’s fleet with 9/10 seats on B747 aircraft for a luxurious and intimate experience. Cabin interiors draw from the rich cultural heritage of Thailand with warm and harmonious hues of gold and brown, accented with rich fabrics, elegant finishes and gentle lighting.
Each Royal First Class traveler enjoys a spacious semi-private suite* with an elegant leather seat that smoothly adjusts to a variety of positions between upright and fully reclined. An oversized dining and work surface can be accessed when needed and, ultimately for a sound sleep each seat effortlessly transforms into comfortably wide and long lie-flat bed.
*Semi-private suites are available on all upgraded B747 aircraft.
Our cabins are meticulously designed using traditional Thai motifs with a contemporary interior. Fly in First class privacy on the newly remodeled Boeing 747s which provides specious 8 feet long semi-private suites. Our Boeing 747s are equipped with seats with a width of 23 inches and our Airbus A380s with a seat of 27”
Choose from approximately 130 must-see movies, 300 TV programs and enjoy around 500 music CDs. Also have a little fun with the variety of games and special features on our In-flight entertainment systems on the interactive flat screen monitor.
Additionally, Boeing 747s offers luxury pod designs equipped with 180-degree fully flat beds with almost 7 feet of private space between each Royal First seat. Each seat has a generous minimum of 21” width. All of our flat screens offer the same range of on demand audio and video platforms.
ROYAL SILK CLASS SEATING
On Royal Silk Class, each seat typically reclines to between 160 to 170-degree. All seats have a variety of positions between upright and reclined for optimum balance of head, back, leg angle and lumbar support.
Seating configuration is designed equally for those who travel together and enjoy one another’s company, or those traveling on business that require a more private work or rest environment; for that reason a sliding panel between adjoining seats is available.
Your reclining chair is your lounge, office and bed in the clouds. We provide a range of amenities throughout our fleet of aircraft, each being continually upgraded with the latest innovations in line with the character of each route.
