MAKING YOUR TRAVELS SAFER. BECAUSE WE CARE.

MAKING YOUR TRAVELS SAFER

The safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff remains our top priority.

This is why we have put in place a number of special and enhanced measures to ensure that, even in these challenging times, you can count on us to make your travels safer.

These are our safety procedures and recommendations for every step of your journey. Because we care.

AT ALL TIMES

Masks

MASKS

Masks should be worn at all times - close to the face, covering both the nose and mouth completely. Face masks normally last up to 4 hours, so you will need to bring enough for the duration of your trip and in case you need to replace the one you are wearing. Exemptions are only made for health reasons, with a suitable medical certificate, or in the unlikely event of an emergency.

TEMPERATURE SCREENING

TEMPERATURE SCREENING

Body temperature screening will be conducted using noncontact infrared thermometers upon request.  We ask you to cooperate with airport staff and our cabin crew to ensure your wellbeing and that of all other passengers.

SAFE DISTANCE

SAFE DISTANCE

Please mind social distancing at all times, keeping a safe distance of 1.5 to 2 meters between you and other passengers.

DISPOSING MASKS

DISPOSING OF MASKS

If you are wearing single-use masks or disposable gloves and need to replace these, please dispose of the old ones correctly by putting them on a litter bin at the airport, or in dedicated waste bags on board.
