【IMPORTANT】PLEASE BE NOTED BEFORE PURCHASING TICKETS

To enter Thailand departing from Japan, you need to meet the regulations specified by the government and related organizations before traveling (updated on 03May'21)

 1. On the Certificate of Entry (COE)
Despite having purchased a ticket, you might not be allowed to board if you are unable to obtain the Certificate of Entry (COE) from the Thai Embassy.
*If you are unable to obtain a COE for your intended flight, you will be reassigned to our next available flight, so please contact Thai Airways International Call Center
*If you fail to cancel your reservation at least one business day prior to your departure date, the tickets are unchangeable/nonrefundable or No-show fee will be charged on change/refund according to Fare rule.

 2. Quarantine Requirement
All travelers (including with vaccine certificate) entering Thailand from 6 May 2021 onwards are required to be quarantined no less than 14days.
For other regulations/requirements, please visit Thai Royal Thai Embassy, Tokyo or, Royal Thai Consulate-General, Osaka or Embassy of Japan, Thailand.

3. Necessary Application
From 14 January 2021 onward, non-Thais who enter the Kingdom of Thailand are required to download "ThailandPlus" Application and register prior arrival. For more information, please visit Thai Embassy or Thai Consulate-General sites.

■About Lounge Service
Lounge service is temporary unavailable at Chubu Centrair International Airport (Nagoya) and Kansai International Airport (Osaka).


■About In-flight Service (updated on 23JUN'21)
In light of the prevalence of COVID19, Thai Airways Int’l P.C.L. has requests and notices to our customers stated below.
<Requests>
Please wear face masks throughout the flight except during meal time or in an emergency, and use hand sanitizer before flight.
Please refrain from changing your assigned seat on board.
Please bear in mind that keeping physical distance at the boarding gate, during boarding and disembarkation.
<Notice>
Until further notice, following inflight services are suspended.
 - Reading materials/WIFI service/duty free shopping/hot towel service.
 - Beer and hard liquor service
*Welcome champagne & Wine in Royal Silk (Business) Class, and Wine in Economy class are being served from July, 2021.
*Though inflight entertainment and head sets/ear phones are being provided from August, 2021, please note that they may not be available due to an aircraft chage. 
- Thai Airways’ Cabin crew are to wear N95 mask, disposable protective clothing, goggles, rubber gloves and head cover throughout the flight.

Japan=Bangkok flights other than the above are to be cancelled until 30 October, 2021.
