Drive Thru COVID-19 Test: Special Offer for Royal Orchid Plus Platinum & Gold Members and Their Guests

Covid-19 Screening Service Unit, at Thai Airways Headquarters, Special price for Valued Customers

Thai Airways set up COVID-19 screening service unit to be the first comprehensive service in the country, focusing on Service & Hospitality, operated by Medical personnel and Laboratories that certified standard Department of Medical Sciences by Royal Orchid Holidays in collaboration with Advance National Solution (ANS) to provide drive-thru COVID-19 screening services at its Headquarters Vibhavadi Rangsit Road to reduce contact, distance and facilitate travel for cardholder customers. Passengers of THAI THAI Smile / Royal Orchid Plus members, and visitors who wish to use travel inspection results.

Terms of service : 

Service Period : Now - 31 March 2022 (Please reserve the service at least 2 days in advance)

Service recipient criteria

- Customers who are ticket holders of Thai Airways, THAI Smile Airways who wish to use the results of travel inspections.
- Special prices for Royal Orchid Plus Platinum and Gold members, including 3 followers. 
- Visitors

Service recipients must not have fever or body temperature greater than 37.5 degrees celcius, infection symptoms, frequent coughing, tiredness, tightness in chest, or shortness of breath, and must not at high risk contact of COVID-19 patients.


Location

Covid-19 screening service unit Thai Airways International Public Company Limited's head office provides drive-thru service by appointment only. Open Monday-Saturday from 8.00 AM- 2.00 PM.

Royal Orchid Plus Platinum and Gold members can reserve the COVID-19 test service by logging in to their own membership accounts using the member ID and PIN at thaiairways.com/rop

Note :

Package A : A swab test to collect samples from the throat and behind the nasal cavity The results are measured through a laboratory.

Package B : A swab test to collect samples from the throat and behind the nasal cavity. The results are measured through a laboratory. Service recipients will receive a medical certificate "Fit to Fly" which is suitable for those who need to use the 
RT-PCR COVID-19 test results and medical certificate for traveling abroad.

Package C : A swab test to collect samples from the throat and behind the nasal cavity for preliminary infection with a test kit that can be examined easily. The results will be seen quickly. This package is suitable for those who wish to use the results and laboratory reports to travel to countries that use the Antigen Test for COVID-19.

Package D : A swab test to collect samples around the throat and behind the nasal cavity for preliminary infection with a test kit that can be examined easily. The results will be seen quickly. This package is suitable for those who want to use the Antigen Test Kit results to domestic travel in Thailand.

Terms and Conditions :

1. Register for an appointment at least 2 days in advance of the service date. Limit the number of service recipients to 200 queue per day.

2. After receiving confirmation of appointment for service You must pay the full amount. via bank transfer of Advance National Solution Company.

3. These prices are valid from 24 September 2021 – 31 March 2022 and subject to your choice of service, including service fee and doctor fee, excluding other service charges, if there are additional examinations.

4. Service recipients will receive the results of the examination within 1-48 hours (Depending on the number of patients) and can receive the results and medical certificate (if any) via email address provided in the service registration form.

5. The service recipient must check the various screening measures of each destination country or province before choosing an appointment date and registration.

6. If you are at high risk contact of COVID-19 or have the following symptoms such as having a fever and tbody temperature over 37.5 degrees Celsius, coughing often, tiredness, tightness in the chest, shortness of breath. You cannot undergo a Drive Thru test. For your safety, please see a doctor for proper diagnosis.

7. THAI reserves the right to change conditions, prices and refund policies in all cases.

Royal Orchid Holidays will facilitate the provision of Drive-thru COVID-19 screening units for Thai Airways, THAI Smile customers, Royal Orchid Plus Platinum and Gold members, and visitors who are not at high risk contact of COVID-19, however, travel measures and documentary requirement to access the destination countries or provinces are a duty of travelers.
