At THAIShop choose from a wide array of travel related THAI branded items, including high quality model aircraft, carry bags, pillows, clothing, glassware and much more. Use miles to purchase items of your personal choice or gifts to suit any occasion. THAIShop is located at Thai Airways Head Office in Bangkok open weekdays from 8:30 – 16:30 hrs.

- THAI SHOP redemption is available for all Royal Orchid Plus members and/or their nominees.
- Redemption must be requested by the account owner only
- Members are required to present the proof of documents (Royal Orchid Plus member Card, Passport or ID Card). If member is unable to present themselves, the following complete documentation is required : A photocopy of Royal Orchid Plus member card, passport or ID card including document that must have complete details of the redeem award along with member’s signature to authorize the redemption from their Royal Orchid Plus account, and a letter of authorization.
- Mileage re-credit is not permitted and cannot be exchanged for cash, other awards or any other form of payment.
- Redemption is only available at THAI SHOP located in Bangkok and Chiang Mai.
- THAI reserves the right to change promotion terms and conditions or terminate the awards at any time without prior notice.
