Royal Silk and Royal Orchid Business Class Lounges

Thai Airways welcomes you with warm hospitality and gracious smiles inviting you to unwind before embarking on your special journey. The Royal Silk and Royal Orchid lounges are designed in a contemporary Thai style featuring calming colour tones and well-defined seating areas equally suited for relaxation or work.

Passengers can enjoy a wide selection of food and beverages from savoury and sweet dishes to a variety of refreshments along with thoughtfully prepared amenities delivered with genuine care. Every detail is designed to ensure your journey begins smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.

泰国国际航空贵宾休息室使用说明

泰国航空为高舱等旅客提供机场贵宾休息室服务，不仅限于泰航自营休息室，也包括星空联盟成员航空公司休息室、星空联盟品牌休息室，或泰航全球签约合作的第三方休息室。乘客可根据各地休息室开放时间与使用规定进入使用。

（1）泰航贵宾休息室

（1.1）皇家头等舱休息室（Royal First Lounge）：

  • 出示泰航国际头等舱登机牌可进入，允许携带一名当日搭乘国际星空联盟航班的同行旅客。

  • 出示星空联盟头等舱登机牌可进入，亦可携带一名当日搭乘国际星空联盟航班的同行旅客。

  • 泰航皇家风兰白金卡会员及一名同行旅客（须搭乘同日泰航或泰微笑航空国际航班）。

  • 签约航空公司或非航空企业客户，依合约条件而定。

  • 持有任何员工优惠票的旅客（如免费或折扣机票）被视为非营收客户，不得进入星空联盟或其成员航空公司自营的休息室。

  • 航班必须在访问休息室的当日或最迟隔日凌晨05:00前出发（具体以各休息室开放时间为准）。

（1.2）皇家商务舱及皇家风兰休息室（Royal Silk Lounge 和 Royal Orchid Lounge）：

  • 出示泰航皇家商务舱登机牌——不可携带同行旅客。

  • 出示星空联盟商务舱登机牌——不可携带同行旅客。

  • 皇家风兰白金或金卡会员出示泰航或星空联盟登机牌：可携带一名当日搭乘同航班系统的旅客。

  • 皇家风兰白金或金卡会员搭乘泰微笑航空航班：可携带一名当日同行旅客。

  • 星空联盟金卡会员出示泰航或星空联盟登机牌：可携带一名当日同行旅客。

  • 星空金卡会员搭乘星空连接合作伙伴航班，接续星空联盟航班：可携带一名同一航班旅客。

  • 星空联盟付费休息室会员（如加拿大航空枫叶俱乐部 – 全球、联合航空 United Club）：可携带一名当日搭乘星空联盟航班旅客。

  • 签约航空公司或非航空公司客户，依合约规定。

  • 持员工票者不可进入星空联盟成员航空公司或其品牌休息室。

  • 航班必须于当日或最迟隔日05:00前出发。

（1.3）皇家风兰尊荣休息室（曼谷国际机场）：

使用资格与（1.2）条款相同。

（1.4）皇家兰花水疗中心（曼谷国际机场）：

  • 仅限从曼谷搭乘泰航国际头等舱旅客。

  • 搭乘泰航国际商务舱旅客可享颈肩/足部按摩服务。

  • 服务采先到先服务制度，需在休息室登记。

（2）星空联盟成员及品牌休息室（全球）

这些休息室入口处会显示“Star Gold”标志。详细信息请参考：www.staralliance.com。

头等舱旅客资格：

  • 出示泰航国际头等舱登机牌。

  • 须从当地机场出发。

  • 航班须在访问当日或最迟隔日凌晨05:00前起飞。

  • 可携带一位当日搭乘星空联盟航班的旅客。

  • 员工票旅客不具休息室使用资格。

商务舱旅客资格：

  • 出示泰航国际商务舱登机牌。

  • 须从当地机场出发。

  • 可携带一名同行旅客，仅限持星空联盟金卡会员身份者。

  • 员工票旅客不可使用任何星空联盟休息室。

皇家风兰白金或金卡会员搭乘星空联盟航班：

  • 出示星空联盟经济舱登机牌。

  • 可携带一名当日搭乘星空联盟航班的同行旅客。

皇家风兰白金或金卡会员搭乘星空连接合作伙伴航班：

  • 出示搭乘星空连接伙伴航班的经济舱登机牌，且有接续星空联盟成员航班的行程。

  • 可携带一位同行同航班旅客。

  • 注意：如汉莎航空部分机场的 Senator Lounge 仅限星空联盟头等舱及金卡乘客进入；无金卡的商务舱旅客仅可使用商务舱休息室。

  • 美国联合航空国内航班的休息室不对无星空金卡的旅客开放，即使其为头等舱或商务舱乘客。

（3）签约合作休息室（第三方）

非泰航或星空联盟自营的休息室。

皇家头等舱与商务舱旅客：

  • 国际与国内头等舱旅客可携带一名当日同一航班的同行旅客。

  • 商务舱旅客不可携带同行旅客，除非为星空联盟金卡会员。

皇家风兰白金与金卡会员：

  • 乘坐泰航经济舱。

  • 可携带一名搭乘同日泰航航班的同行旅客。

星空联盟金卡会员：

  • 搭乘泰航经济舱。

  • 可携带一名搭乘同日泰航航班的同行旅客。

星空联盟付费会员：

  • 不可使用签约第三方休息室。

  • 持员工票者不可使用泰航或任何星空联盟成员的签约休息室。

（4）皇家风兰白金卡专属休息室使用权：

在曼谷机场：

  • 白金卡会员可在搭乘国际泰航或泰微笑航班时，进入素万那普机场的皇家头等舱休息室，票种不限，并可携带一名同行旅客。

在海外机场（如设有）：

  • 搭乘泰航或泰微笑国际航班：可使用泰航头等舱休息室。

  • 搭乘任一星空联盟航班：可使用泰航皇家商务舱休息室或皇家兰花休息室。

  • 搭乘任一星空联盟航班：可使用显示星空联盟金标识的成员航空公司休息室。

定义与补充说明：

  • 星空联盟航班：指由星空联盟成员航空公司实际运营的航班。

  • 登机牌：乘客办理登机手续时获取，用于验证乘机身份与使用贵宾服务资格。

  • 休息室使用时间限制：使用资格限于航班出发当日或最迟次日05:00前，亦受各休息室营业时间限制。

  • 出发地限制：仅能使用出发地机场的休息室。例如：乘客自曼谷搭泰航前往新加坡，再由新加坡搭乘新航前往日本关西，仅可在曼谷使用泰航休息室。

  • 星空连接伙伴航班：使用两字代码运营的星空连接合作航空公司（如吉祥航空 HO、泰微笑 WE）。仅当此航班接续星空联盟成员航班时，星空金卡会员可享休息室服务。

    • 例1：从伦敦搭乘泰航至曼谷，再搭乘泰微笑至普吉，可使用曼谷休息室。

    • 例2：搭乘泰微笑从曼谷飞清迈，再接续长荣航空飞往台北，也符合资格。

  • 旅客同行定义：两岁以上同行者计为“同行旅客”；两岁以下儿童不计入。

  • 同行旅客人数限制：每位合资格乘客仅可携带一位同行旅客，若同时符合多项携伴资格，也不得额外携带人数。

  • 非营收旅客定义：使用免费或员工票（如 ID50、ID75、ID90）出行的乘客，不得使用泰航或星空联盟任何贵宾休息室。
