  Effective from 18 March 2020, In-town check-in service in Hong Kong Station and Kowloon Station have been suspended until further notice.

• Check-in and collect your boarding pass between 120 minutes and one full day ahead of your scheduled flight departure time.

  Passengers must use an Octopus or an Airport Express ticket to enter the In-town Check-in area.
