如果需要輪椅服務,旅客必須在預訂機位時,或在出發日之至少48小時前,提出輪椅服務要求。
泰國航空提供輪椅服務,不收取任何額外費用。但是旅客在飛行航程中,必須能夠照顧自己。泰國航空僅協助旅客乘坐輪椅到機艙座位上,及到機艙的洗手間。機組人員能夠協助旅客乘坐輪椅到機艙洗手間,但是無法協助在洗手間內的旅客。
如果使用輪椅的旅客無法在機上照顧自己,建議須有同伴或照護人員同行,以便隨時協助在行程中使用輪椅的旅客。
在出發時,泰航的地勤人員將協助使用輪椅的旅客從報到櫃台到飛機艙門口或機艙座位,抵達目的地後,地勤人員將到抵達區提供使用輪椅的旅客提領行李的服務。
如果旅客攜帶自己的輪椅,則必須在預訂機位時,告知個人輪椅的尺寸及重量,以便做好必要安排,將輪椅放入機艙內,在目的地提領行李時會送還旅客。由於部分機場的重量及空間限制,如果個人輪椅重量超過32公斤 (71磅),則需獲得泰航的特別授權。
-泰航 ”候補空位升等” 是以兩地直航航段為基礎計費,有2張不同貨幣單位的升等計費表:
a.從泰國出發的航段,以泰銖計費。
b.從泰國以外地區出發的航段,則以當地貨幣計費。
1.原訂位機票開立後,即可申請 “候補空位升等。
2.“候補空位升等” 只適用於 從經濟艙升等商務艙,或從商務艙升等頭等艙。
(“候補空位升等” 僅限出發日當天在機場報到櫃台提出申請)
3.旅客須搭乘泰航營運之3碼班號航班,所有泰航開立的機票及文件皆適用。
( ID票、AD票、ZED票、泰航會員獎勵兌換票、廣告交換票皆不適用)
4.升等必須在艙位仍有空位的前提基礎上,於出發日當天,在出發地機場的登機報到櫃台申請辦理。
5.“候補空位升等” 適用於單程、來回等所有旅程類型
6.升等計費表是以單程為基礎計價收費
7.收費以當地貨幣計費,按計費表收取足額費用,包括兒童、嬰兒等,皆無任何折扣。
8.任何因機位升等衍生的稅金或其他附加費,均須由旅客自行負擔。
9.哩程累計是根據原訂位付費開票的艙等之規定進行累計。
10.升等之費用不可退費。
1.行李限額 – 升等手續於報到櫃台完成後,則可依據升等後之艙等規定辦理。
2.使用貴賓室 – 升等手續於報到櫃台完成後,則可依據升等後之艙等規定辦理。
3.餐飲服務 – 如果升等手續於航班起飛前2小時完成,則可依據升等後之艙等規定辦理。
