THAI Ground Services marked a milestone in its DG Transformation to Digital Project with the soft opening of the intelligent “GSE Tracking & Fleet Management” system. The event, held at the G2 Building Auditorium, Ground Support Equipment Services Department, showcased THAI Ground Services’ readiness to elevate ground handling services to international standards.

Presided over by Mrs. Varangkana Luerojvong, Chief Aviation Business (DV), the ceremony brought together senior executives and partners including Ms. Chariya Tiemprasert (D5), Mr. Noppadol Tiabamrungyard (DG), Ms. Wanwisa Pongakson (Managing Director of Crown Aviation), and Mr. Jean-François Bouilhaguet (Chief Executive Officer of XOPS). Together, they performed the symbolic button-pressing ceremony, signifying the shift from manual operations to a new era of digital ground handling.

The event showcased system demonstrations, an engaging interactive Q&A session with prizes, and concluded with remarks from the Project Manager, who expressed heartfelt appreciation to the cross-functional teams for their dedication and hard work in driving the project to today’s successful soft opening.
