Notice of Year-End and New Year Holiday Closure

Thai Airways International (TG) will be closed at all Japan offices (including parts of our contact center services) from 30 December 2025 to 04 January 2026.

We will reopen on 05 January 2026, as outlined below.

Notice for Passengers traveling during Year End to New Year’s holidays

During Year End and New Year holidays, roads and parking lots around the airport are expected to be crowded, so we recommend using public transportation.
Please also note that public transportation may be delayed due to congestion.
Additionally, each airport counter and security checkpoint will be extremely crowded.
Please arrive at the airport with plenty of time to spare than usual.
Checking the rules and precautions for carry-on and checked baggage in advance and sorting your baggage will help reduce the time required for security inspection, so we appreciate your cooperation.
