Thai Airways International will begin operating automatic baggage drop machines and self-service check-in terminals (KIOSK) for customers using Chubu Centrair International Airport.

To alleviate congestion at the airport, customers who can use the automatic baggage drop machines should also use them.

Customers who have checked in online from the Thai Airways International website or mobile app (THAI MOBILE), or customers who have used self-service check-in (KIOSK check-in) and are checking in baggage within the free baggage allowance

*The following customers are not eligible to use the automatic baggage drop machines, so please use the manned check-in counter.

① Customers who wish to combine the weight of their baggage with that of their family or friends

② Baggage that incurs excess baggage charges

③ Customers who require assistance

④ Customers who need to check their travel documents/travel conditions

⑤ Customers with baggage that cannot be handled

- Dangerous items (mobile batteries, e-cigarettes, etc.)

- Sports equipment (golf, surfboards, skis, etc.)

- Musical instruments (guitars, keyboards, drums, etc.)

- Wheelchairs, strollers, umbrellas, tripods, pet cases

- Baggage exceeding 1000mm x 550mm x 700mm

- Light baggage (less than 1.0kg), heavy baggage (over 32kg)

*Please note that the automatic baggage drop machines are available from 6:30 AM, but if you are checking in at a manned counter, check-in will begin 2 hours and 30 minutes before departure.

For example, if flight TG645 is scheduled to depart at 11:00 AM, check-in will begin at the manned counter from 8:30 AM. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
