Notice of Golden Week Holidays Closure

Thai Airways International (TG) will be closed at all Japan offices (including　parts of our contact center services) from 29 April 2026, and 01 May to 06 May 2026.
We will reopen on 07 May 2026, business days of the contact center during the Golden Week period are as follows.

Notice for Passengers traveling During Peak Holiday Periods

During peak holiday periods, roads and parking facilities around the airport are expected to be congested, so we recommend using public transportation.
Please also note that public transportation may be delayed due to heavy traffic.
Additionally, airport counters and security checkpoints will be extremely busy.
We kindly ask that you arrive at the airport earlier than usual to allow sufficient time.
Checking the rules and restrictions for carry-on and checked baggage in advance, as well as organizing your belongings, will help reduce the time required for security screening.
