Effective from 18 August 2025 (Pre-Launch Phase), all international flight passengers are encouraged to fill out a declaration form using the 'All Indonesia' application up to three days before arriving in Indonesia.

This requirement will become mandatory starting from 1 October 2025 (Final Launch Phase), when all international passengers must complete the declaration form prior to arrival.

This new system is designed to streamline the arrival process for all international passengers entering Indonesia. To ensure a smooth journey, we strongly recommend completing this form in advance.

In relation to the dissemination of the obligation to fill out the “All Indonesia” declaration form by international flight passengers before arriving in Indonesia, the following is a communication strategy for implementing the All Indonesia application, an integrated arrival reporting system between immigration, customs, quarantine, and health.

Product Profile

The "All Indonesia" application integrates and simplifies the passenger inspection process at international crossings in Indonesia. This system combines various digital services from relevant agencies such as Immigration, Customs & Excise, Health, and Quarantine to improve efficiency, convenience, and the customer experience during the arrival process. All Indonesia is accessible through a web-based platform and a mobile app, making it easier for passengers to complete declarations and meet arrival requirements in Indonesia.

"Corridor Gate" is a biometric-based immigration inspection system that allows for the simultaneous processing of large numbers of passengers, without physical interaction, and at high speed. Although automated, this system still ensures legality and security equivalent to conventional inspections by immigration officers. The Corridor Gate has been integrated with the All Indonesia system. Passengers eligible to use the Corridor Gate include regular Hajj pilgrims and priority passengers (seniors aged 60 and over, unaccompanied minors, and people with disabilities using wheelchairs).
