Thai Airways offers support to passengers affected by the flooding in Hat Yai
Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) wishes to inform passengers of the assistance measures provided for those affected by the flooding situation in Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province. Passengers holding THAI tickets issued before or on 22 November 2025 and scheduled to travel to/from Hat Yai Airport between 22 November - 10 December 2025 may proceed as follows:

- Flight/Travel Date Change
Passengers may change to another flight on the same route in the same fare class without any fees. Changes must be made by 10 December 2025, and the new travel date must be on or before 20 December 2025.

- Ticket Refund
Refunds may be requested according to normal ticket conditions, or passengers may keep the ticket value as an EMD Travel Voucher valid for 365 days from the approval date for future domestic ticket issuance.

- In Case of Flight Cancellation
Passengers are entitled to receive a full refund.

Passengers can follow updates and obtain further flight information via the THAI Contact Center at 0-2356-1111, available 24 hours, or through THAI ticketing agents.
