1. Eligible Cardmembers (defined below) can receive a discount of Baht 600 per passenger when purchasing round-trip tickets with Thai Airways (defined below) for 2 passengers (including the Eligible Cardmember) using American Express Card (the “Eligible Card”), issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. (“American Express”), excluding American Express Corporate Card and American Express Business Card for payment of the tickets in a single transaction on www.thaiairways.com or THAI Mobile App by entering the promotion code “AMEXTG” (the “PromoCode”), subject to availability and up to the maximum of Baht 1,200 discount per Eligible Cardmember, from 1 October - 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive) (the “Program Period”), (the “Promotion”).

2. The PromoCode is eligible for both Basic and Supplementary Eligible Cardmembers.

3. The Promotion is capped at the first 2,000 tickets purchased by Eligible Cardmembers using the Eligible Card, provided all conditions outlined herein are met.

4. The PromoCode is valid only if the Eligible Cardmember who makes the purchase is traveling on the same flight itinerary. The departure and returning dates on the purchased ticket must be within 1 October 2025 - 30 June 2026 (both dates inclusive).

5. The PromoCode is only applicable to round-trip tickets for Economy, Royal Silk and Royal First classes, departing from Bangkok to participating international routes of Thai Airways.

6. The PromoCode is applicable to the ticket base fare only, no discount will be applied to airport taxes, ticketing fees, fuel surcharges, additional fees, or travel insurance fees.

7. The PromoCode is not applicable for children’s and infants’ tickets.

8. The PromoCode cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other kind of benefits or compensation and cannot be combined with any other offers.

9. In the event of any changes to the travel dates, the new tickets issued must be charged at full fare, as the PromoCode is applicable solely to the first transaction and cannot be reused or transferred.

10. Thai Airways’ Terms and Conditions apply but in the event of any inconsistency, the Terms and Conditions set out herein shall apply.

11. Thai Airways reserves the right to change fares and conditions without prior notice to the Eligible Cardmembers.

12. In case of any dispute arising from the Promotion, the decision of American Express and Thai Airways shall be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (“Thai Airways”) is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to the Eligible Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.

14. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury, as a result of the Promotion, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. American Express and Thai Airways reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
