The event will take place at KHAO SAN SEK, a Thai restaurant on Bangkok’s historic Song Wat Road that has been selected for the MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2026.

For this special occasion, Chef Pam – Pichaya Soontornyanakij, recipient of The World’s Best Female Chef 2025 and the creative force behind the concept of KHAO SAN SEK, has crafted the Thai Airways × KHAO SAN SEK Special Menu exclusively for Thai Airways.

The menu revisits selected dishes by Chef Pam that were previously served on board Thai Airways flights, reinterpreting them through the culinary approach of KHAO SAN SEK. Chef Grace – Worakarn “Grace” Krittsirikul, Head Chef of KHAO SAN SEK, together with the restaurant’s culinary team, will bring this special menu to life throughout the evening.

At the heart of KHAO SAN SEK is an exploration of Thai flavours through five foundational ingredients: fish sauce, rice, palm sugar, chilli and coconut—each connecting provenance, local wisdom and the distinctive tastes of Thailand’s regions.

For this special dinner, members will enjoy a seven-item menu featuring ingredients sourced from across the country, including fish from small-scale fishing communities in Southern Thailand, San Pa Tong glutinous rice from Chiang Mai, Phetchaburi palm sugar and khai khrop, Songkhla’s traditional salt-cured duck egg yolks.

The menu will be served with three Non-Alcoholic Pairings, thoughtfully designed to complement the progression of flavours throughout the meal.

This exclusive privilege is curated solely for Royal Orchid Plus members. Members may join the experience by redeeming 9,900 miles or 4,900 miles + THB 2,000 per person.
