Responsible of customers
Our customers are responsible to comply with local government policies regarding travel restrictions, airline restrictions and other rules and regulations that may differ from countries to countries.
Any requirements before travel such as PCR Pre-Covid Test, travel insurance, STV obtainment are the responsible of the customers.
Product information features on our website is based on information collected from accommodation providers and suppliers in Thailand. Reasonable care has been taken that the content on our website is correct but it is subject to amendment at any time without prior notice.
Thai Airways International shall not be responsible for rate changes, errors or omissions.
Cancellation and amendment
After the payment has been made, cancellation in any part of the booking is not allowed. All of the packages are non-refundable if the cancellation is made by the customer.
However, if in the unlikely event that the package need to be amended, we will provide package amendment such as date change or flight change which may be subject to certain fees and the ticket vailidity.
Thai Airways International shall only be liable for the airfare that is included in the package. Other fees are the responsibility of our third-party partners.
