Simply follow the below instructions on how to use your Air Ticket Cash Credit and enjoy your miracle journey with THAI.
Redemption Period : January 15, 2024 to December 31, 2024
- Search for your flight below.
- Select your preferred flight.
- Enter your personal details.
- Apply your voucher code(s) - a maximum of 5 vouchers per transaction.
- If the price of the new itinerary exceeds the value of the Smile Credit, you can pay the remainder using our payment options.
- If the price of the new itinerary is lower than the value of the Smile Credit, the residual amount will be retained to be used at a later stage.
- Once the booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation email and the new itinerary.
- Smile Credit can be redeemed to issue revenue ticket inclusive of taxes and fuel surcharges for traveling on THAI flights (TG 3 digits) applicable to all revenue fares available at the time of redeeming ticket.
- Smile Credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other additional fees, ticket taxes and surcharges, fees associated with revenue tickets, or any other THAI products and services.
- Smile Credit can be redeemed for new booking and ticket issuing during January 15, 2024 until December 31, 2024 by making reservation and ticketing via THAI website.
- Credit for expenses in this section cannot be transferred to others. However, the owner of Smile credits can issue tickets for another person.
- Smile Credit cannot be used when redeeming tickets for children or infants through the Thai Airways website.
- In the event that the value of Smile Credit is insufficient for payment, the residual amount can be paid in cash or with credit card through any of the available payment channels.
- Smile Credit can be redeemed to issue air tickets within available credit amount.
- Once Smile Credit is redeemed for ticket, ticket terms and conditions apply.
- In case of ticket refund with ticket conditions applied, smile credit will be returned to Smile Credit’s owner, within Smile Credit validity. If you redeem the ticket by using Smile Credit plus cash, you can receive the cash refund only the cash payment portion.
- Any unused smile credit remaining amount cannot be refunded or exchanged in cash in any circumstances.
- The company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the campaign shall be subject to the final decision of Thai Airways.
