    Before Departure Penalty Reservation Change : Rebooking permitted within ticket validity with fee SGD50. No reissue fee is required.  If the new requested date is outside original ticket validity, rebooking fee of SGD50 and reissuing fee of SGD50 applies.
    Reroute : Not permitted
    Ticket Reissue : If reissuing is due to upsell to next higher class, to collect SGD50, rebooking fee SGD50 and fares differential.
    Refund / Cancellation : Q class - Thailand , Regional & Intercontinental Route at 50% of Net Fare , V/W class - (a) Thailand , once ticketed, no refund value . (b) Regional & Intercontinental Route at 50% of Net Fare.
