航空奖励机票可通过线上平台便捷预订与出票。请注意，奖励旅行需视座位供应情况而定。若您能接受多个可能的出行日期，通常更容易找到可用座位。奖励机票仅在所有航段均已确认的情况下方可出票。全球范围内的泰国航空订位中心也可协助处理尚未上线的奖励行程，或满足特定的订位需求。

奖励机票旅行（无论国际或国内）必须在出票日起 1 年内完成。
如果在泰航办事处预订奖票后未在规定的出票期限内出票，预订将会自动取消。届时，扣除任何已过期的里程后，其余里程将返还至相关账户。
出票前，可以更改航班日期、航线（前提是奖励机票旅行仍在同一区域内）、票据持有人姓名（会员或被提名人）。
其他所有更改都需将里程退还后重新申请奖励机票。请预留 3 个工作日用于里程退还处理。
出票后，可支付手续费更改旅行日期或航班号。
出票后不可进行其他更改，但可以支付服务费退还所用里程，并重新申请奖票。完全未使用且仍有效的奖励机票可以退还所用里程，需支付相应费用。

如奖励机票中包含的里程已过期，这部分里程在退还时将不予返还。
一旦开始旅行，不允许更改行程或退还里程。
奖励机票必须开给会员本人，或开给出示书面授权领取机票的他人。

仅限泰国国际航空开具奖励机票。
奖励机票在泰国境内旅行不允许中途停留或中转航班。
允许一次开口行程（Open Jaw）：出发地开口：须在同一国家、同一区域内；或在回程转折点开口：须在同一区域、同一旅行方向内。
国际奖励旅行允许回头行程（Backtracking）。如为洲际旅行，回头行程中可停留一次，例如：吉隆坡–曼谷–悉尼。每个方向最多允许一次中途停留，需支付相应费用。
24小时内的中转航班不视为中途停留。有关服务费用详情，请点击此处。
奖励机票的所有税费及附加费由会员或持票人自行承担，可在出票时或旅途中收取。。

Asiana Airlines (OZ) exit from Star Alliance

Royal Orchid Plus members may redeem miles for Asiana Airlines award flights only if travel is completed on or before 16 December 2026.

Royal Orchid Plus Award Tickets for travel on flights operated by Asiana Airlines with a travel date from 17 December 2026 onwards will no longer be valid for travel.

此奖励兑换表适用于泰航国内与国际之间的点对点直飞行程。表格根据区域划分，标明单程所需的里程数，若为往返行程，则将所列里程数乘以二即可。

可在一个行程中混合使用不同舱等的奖励座位，每一航段所需的里程将根据该段所兑换的舱等计算。

Via Bangkok: Beyond Bangkok International Flight Awards with THAI (Multi-city Destinations)

This award chart applies to international flight routes with THAI, traveling from/to cities in other countries with a connecting point in Bangkok, for both one-way and round-trip journeys.

The chart is based on zone, states mileage requirements for one-way travel; for round-trip travel, simply double the stated miles.

Traveling with mixed class of service is allowed; however, the mileage for the highest class of service for each flight service in each Direction will be applied.

Backtracking flights are permitted according to Thai Airways’ regulations, but stopovers are not allowed during backtracking flights.

Beyond Bangkok THAI Air Awards Travel Conditions

Beyond Bangkok Thai Awards are applicable for an international travel award valid on THAI airline with a connecting point in Bangkok.
Award travel must be on the most direct route possible, with 2 sectors per award one-way, or a maximum of 4 sectors per award round-trip.
One open jaw at the point of origin is permitted within the same country and same zone, or one open jaw at the point of turnaround is permitted within the same zone and direction.
One en route stopover at Bangkok in each direction is permitted per Award journey.
Intercontinental award travel is permitted one stopover at Bangkok in each direction without a fee, whereas a backtracking, for example, Kulla Lumpur – Bangkok- Sydney is permitted stopover at Bangkok, subject to a fee in each direction.
Regional award travel is permitted one stopover at Bangkok in each direction without a fee, whereas a backtracking route, for example, Hong Kong – Bangkok – Vientiane is not permitted to stopover at Bangkok and must continue on the first available flight within 24hours.
Mixing classes of service for Award travel is permitted; however, the mileage for the highest class of service in each direction will be applied.
All taxes and surcharges associated with Award travel are the responsibility of the member or ticket holder, and may be collected at the Award ticket issue location or during the Award journey.

THAI and Star Alliance Awards

These Awards can be conveniently booked and ticketed online with account login using your Password. Please note that Award travel is subject to seat availability. Having a range of possible flight dates can often result in confirmed seating, Award tickets can only be issued when all sectors in the booking are confirmed.

Star Alliance awards can be redeemed for either oneway and roundtrip award tickets online, departing from Bangkok only due to currency handling limitation. In this case, you can contact local THAI offices to redeem the award tickets with flights departing from other cities.

Mileage requirements are for one way travel, for roundtrip travel double simply the stated miles are required. Mixing of class of service is permitted. However, the mileage for the highest class of service in each direction will apply.

This Award Chart is used for multi-sector international travel across the Star Alliance network with THAI and Star Alliance partners, or solely with Star Alliance partners.

Star Alliance Awards Travel Conditions

Star Alliance Awards are applicable for Award travel with THAI and other Star Alliance airlines or solely with other Star Alliance airlines.
Award travel must be on the most direct route possible, with 2 sectors per award one-way, or a maximum of 4 sectors per award round-trip.
One enroute stopover in each direction is permitted per Award journey.
One open jaw at the point of origin is permitted within the same country and same zone, or one open jaw at the point of turnaround is permitted within the same zone and direction.
No stopover is permitted in the country of origin. No stopover is permitted on pure domestic travel.
Backtracking is only permitted as required by the Star Alliance network. Stopovers are not permitted when backtracking.
Mixing classes of service for Award travel is permitted, however the mileage for the highest class of service in each direction will be applied.
All taxes and surcharges associated with Award travel are the responsibility of the member or ticket holder, and may be collected at the Award ticket issue location, or during the Award journey.
Change of carrier is not permitted after ticket issuance.

Star Alliance Award ticket validity and conditions are subject to Royal Orchid Plus Award rules
For Star Alliance Awards issued by a THAI office the following ticketing conditions apply. For departures 4 days (96 hours) or more after a booking is confirmed, ticket issue must be completed within 72 hours after booking confirmation. For departures less than 4 days (96 hours) after a booking is confirmed, ticketing is immediate. Failure to meet ticketing timelines, will result in booking cancellation with miles, less any expired miles, re-credited to the relevant account.

Star Alliance Round the World Travel Conditions

Round The World Award travel is valid on all Star Alliance operated flights.
Award travel must be on a continuous westbound/eastbound direction and return to the country where travel originated.
Award travel is valid for a minimum of 10 days and maximum of 1 year from the date travel commences.
Maximum 10 stopovers and minimum 3 stopovers allowed per round-trip journey.
One single open jaw is permitted in addition to allowable stopovers.
One stopover only is permitted in any one city.
Two stopovers only are permitted in any one country.
No stopovers in country of origin.
Change of carrier is not permitted after ticket issuance.
Backtracking is only permitted as required by the Star Alliance network.
Side trips require an additional Award, or a separate paid ticket.
Connections must be on the first available flight within 24 hours when required by routing and are not considered stopovers.
No mileage re-credit in part or whole permitted after travel commences.
All taxes associated with Award travel are the responsibility of the member, and may be collected at the Award ticket issue location, or during the Award journey.
Royal Orchid Plus Award eligibility and other conditions, excluding the conditions stated above, apply to Star Alliance Round the World Award travel.

奖励机票旅行条款与条件

超越曼谷：泰航及星空联盟奖励适用于搭乘泰国国际航空（THAI）、THAI Smile 以及星空联盟航空公司进行的奖励旅行。
奖励旅行必须选择尽可能最直接的航线，每个奖励行程最多包含4个航段。
每趟奖励旅程每个方向允许一次中途停留（en-route stopover）。在转折点或出发点也允许一次开口行程（open jaw）。
出发国境内不允许中途停留。纯国内旅行中不允许停留。
出票后不允许更换承运航空公司。
仅在星空联盟网络要求的情况下才允许绕行（backtracking）。绕行时不允许停留。
奖励旅行允许混合舱等搭配，但每个方向将按所选的最高舱等计算所需里程。
所有与奖励旅行相关的税费和附加费用由会员或持票人自行承担，可能在奖励机票出票时或奖励旅程过程中收取。

星空联盟奖励机票的有效性及相关条件须遵循皇家风兰常客奖励计划规则。
由泰航办事处签发的星空联盟奖励机票适用以下出票规定：
如确认的出发时间在4天（96小时）或更久之后，出票必须在预订确认后72小时内完成。
如确认的出发时间在4天（96小时）之内，则必须立即出票。
若未按规定时限出票，预订将被取消，所扣里程（扣除过期部分）将退回至相关账户。
条款与细则可能在未经事先通知的情况下变更。

环球奖励旅行适用于所有星空联盟运营的航班。
奖励旅行必须沿持续的东西向（西行或东行）路线进行，并返回至出发国家。
奖励旅行的有效期为自旅行开始之日起最短10天，最长1年。
每次往返旅程最多允许10次停留（stopover），最少需有3次停留。
除允许的停留外，还允许一次开口行程（open jaw）。
同一城市仅允许一次停留。
同一国家最多允许两次停留。
出票后不允许更换承运航空公司。
不得在出发国境内停留。
仅在星空联盟网络要求的情况下才允许绕行（backtracking）。
支线旅行需额外兑换一张奖励机票，或另购一张付费机票。
按航线要求，转机须在24小时内搭乘第一班可用航班，并不视为停留。
旅行开始后，不允许部分或全部里程退回。
与奖励旅行相关的所有税费由会员承担，并可能在奖励机票出票地或旅行过程中收取。
除上述条款外，皇家风兰常客奖励的适用资格与其他条款同样适用于星空联盟环球奖励旅行。
