Begin the culinary journey in Royal Silk Class with a hot towel and a choice of champagne, or juice prior to take-off. Once airborne, the gracious service by dedicated Royal Silk Class cabin continues during in-flight meal service and throughout the flight with meticulous attention to detail.
On most regional and intercontinental flights, dining begins with a small appetizer to tease the palate, followed by a light first course, a fresh salad and perhaps a house-made terrine. The culinary journey continues with a choice of hot main courses often matched to the preferred tastes of those traveling on specific routes, a selection of cheese accompanied by fruit and a dessert to end with coffee or tea. A selection of beverages, including handpicked wine, fine spirits, soft drink and juice are served to accompany each meal, and are available throughout the flight.
For special dietary requirements a range of meals are available for pre-order by contacting THAI reservations worldwide or through "manage my booking".
Note: If passengers have particular religious, health, or dietary preferences, you can order special meals in advance by contacting a local THAI Office or the THAI Contact Centre in Bangkok: Tel: (66) 2356-1111. Special meal requirements shall be met when the request is made and reconfirmed no less than 48 hours prior to the time of flight departure at the original destination.
