Purchase By Milage

All redemption items must be picked up at a THAI SHOP.

1. For member pick-up the following documents are required.

·         Royal Orchid Plus Member Card.

·         ID Card / Passport / Driver License / government documents.

·         Children under 15 years old, kindly bring photocopy of Census Registration or Birth Certificate.

2. For pick-up on behalf of a member, the following documents are required.

·         Royal Orchid Plus Member Card or photocopy.

·         ID Card / Passport / Driver License / government documents and photocopy with signature of member, together with photocopy of ID Card of person collecting the item.

·         Letter of Authorisation.

3. For children under 15 years old, the following documents are required.

    3.1 By Parent or Guardian

·         Royal Orchid Plus Member or photocopy.

·         ID Card / Passport / Driver License / government documents of parent or guardian and a photocopy

     3.2 By Another Person

·         Royal Orchid Plus Member Card or photocopy.

·         ID Card / Passport / Driver License / government documents and photocopy with signature of authorizer. together with photocopy of ID Card of person collecting the item.

·         Letter of Authorization.
