In vielen Ländern dürfen stark riechende Materialien, leichtere Treibstoffe und Minen, frische Lebensmittel oder Obst, infizierte lebende Tiere oder Waffen nicht an Bord des Flugzeugs gebracht werden. Diese Gegenstände können eingezogen werden, und der Eigentümer kann je nach Land mit einer Geldstrafe belegt werden. THAI Royal First Class-, Royal Silk Class-Passagiere und Star Alliance Gold-Passagiere, die auf Star Alliance-Flügen fliegen, können am Flughafen Suvarnbhumi THAI-Lounges nutzen, wo sie sich entspannen oder arbeiten können, während sie auf den Abflug warten.

 

Es gibt sieben Standorte für THAI-Abfluglounges. Alle internationalen Lounges befinden sich in der 3. Etage. Die Royal First Lounge in Halle D wurde für Passagiere der First Class mit einer Kapazität von 134 Passagieren zur Verfügung gestellt. Zu den Einrichtungen gehören private Ecken, ein Businesscenter, Schlummerzimmer, WLAN und Duschsuiten.

 

Vier Royal Silk Lounges befinden sich in den Gates D, C und E. Außerdem befindet sich die Royal Orchid Lounge in der Halle E mit separaten Bereichen für Passagiere der First und Business Class. Zu den Einrichtungen gehören eine Bar mit Speisen und Erfrischungen, ein Businesscenter (WLAN) und eine Dusche.

 

Inländische Passagiere können die THAI Royal Silk Lounge im Gate A genießen. Zur Ausstattung gehören WLAN, Speisen und eine alkoholfreie Erfrischungsbar.

 

Darüber hinaus bietet unser Royal Orchid Spa im Bereich D, Level 3, das eine Nacken-Schulter- und Fußmassage hat, hauptsächlich Passagiere der Royal First- und Royal Silk-Klasse. THAI bietet speziell für die Royal First Class-Passagiere eine umfassende Palette an Behandlungen, darunter unsere drei hervorgehobenen Spa-Suiten mit Whirlpool und tropischem Regen, in denen sich die Passagiere in einer ruhigen Atmosphäre entspannen können.

Vor dem Flug

Viele Fluggesellschaften verlangen eine erneute Flug-Bestätigung - THAI verlangt jedoch keine erneute Bestätigung. Wenden Sie sich an THAI um Ihre Reservierung zu stornieren oder wenn sich Ihre Reisepläne ändern. Kleinkinder mit einem Gewicht von nicht mehr als 10 kg, einer Höhe von mehr als 67 cm und einem Alter von weniger als sechs Monaten haben in internationalen Sektoren Anspruch auf ein Babywiege, Sie können an Schottankern befestigt werden. Bitte fordern Sie diese im Voraus bei ihrem lokalen THAI Reservierungsbüro an. 

Falls Sie eine eigene Babyschale besitzen können Sie diese verwenden, sofern sie von der Regierung des Herstellerlandes zertifiziert wurde und das Kleinkind mit einem Kinderticket fliegt. Windeln sind nicht an Bord erhältlich. Es gibt jedoch Wickelbretter für Windeln in den Toiletten (mit Ausnahme der Economy-Klasse für Flugzeuge des Typs B737-400, der Business-Klasse für Luftfahrzeuge des Typs B787-9, der ersten Klasse für Luftfahrzeuge des Typs B747-400 und des Airbus A380-800).

Die Summe der drei Abmessungen (Länge + Höhe + Breite) für jedes Stück darf 158 cm (62 Zoll) nicht überschreiten.

Jeder Passagier kann ein Gepäckstück mit sich führen, dessen Summe (Länge + Höhe + Breite) 115 cm (56 + 46 + 25 cm) nicht überschreitet und zusätzlich nicht mehr als 7 kg wiegt.
