If your account does not contain sufficient mileage for the award you intend to request, you can purchase up to a maximum of 30,000 miles per award and up to 150,000 miles per year.
Beginning at 1,000 miles, and in increments of 1,000 miles, your account can be topped-up to redeem an Award for yourself or one of your Award Nominee

If you purchase miles at THAI offices that do not use the Online Service system, kindly allow 3 days for miles to be credited to your account. Mileage Purchase cannot be refunded.
